Steps to Apply
Step One: Create an Account
If you would like to apply for any of 91ɬÂþ undergraduate or graduate programs, the first thing you’ll need to do is create an admissions account.
The process is quick and you will only need to do this step the first time you visit. This is how 91ɬÂþ will send you communications about your application and update you on your status.
If you have already created an account, to continue your application.
Step Two: Start Your Application
Before you begin, please check our State Authorizations information to make sure that you are eligible to receive online education from 91ɬÂþ in your state.
Once youe ready to start an application, you’ll need to make sure you have collected all the documents required to complete your application.
To get started you’ll need:
- Unofficial transcripts from all previously attended institutions (official transcripts will be required after admission)
Please note that some of our degree programs may have additional application requirements. We encourage you to get in touch with an Enrollment Advisor for more information. They are happy to help you though the application process and answer any questions you have along the way.
Step Three: Submit Your Application
Once your application is complete and you’ve filled out the required fields we recommend reviewing your application for accuracy. If you have a printer, print out a copy for your records.
Depending on the program of interest you may be asked to pay an application fee.

Note About Online Education: 91ɬÂþ is not authorized to offer online courses to students in a small group of states. For a complete list please of State Authorizations visit our Accreditation page for more information regarding state authorizations for online education.
Note to Undergraduate Applicants:Â To be considered for admission to undergraduate programs, you should have attained a community college, college, or university cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or better with 12 or more semester units of prior transferable credit. To learn about exceptions to these requirements, please phone us 415-442-7800 and ask to speak to an enrollment counselor.
Note About Oregon Enrollment Agreement: Following the policies as outlined by the State of Oregon for Oregon residents, students are to sign and submit an enrollment agreement with 91ɬÂþ for their specific degree/certificate programs.
Enrollment agreements are provided for varying graduate levels and/or programs but do not include financial aid enrollment agreements, online admissions weblinks or offers of admissions acceptance forms.
The sample enrollment agreement includes the following:
- School catalog-version, year, identifying information of when student enrolled.
- Program student enrolling in, number of credits, start and estimated end date.
- Applicable itemized tuition and fees for program student enrolled in.
- Student right to cancel or withdraw.
- Procedures for cancellation, refunds and withdrawal.
- Refund policy – Oregon modified refund policy (refer to Section 3.2).
- Transferability of credits and credentials earned at institution.
- Policy for accepting transfer credit from other institutions.
- Complaint language and contact information.
At time of admission, the student will receive their program specific enrollment agreement, which will provide information on the above. Students are required to review and acknowledge receipt of this information prior to enrollment completion.
